In order to help us troubleshoot and find the issue, please send us the two following documents.

Log file (.log). Access the console through F12 or Fn+F12 (on MacOS), and process your photos before saving the log. Need help finding it?
JSON file from a problematic photo (.JSON). Find it by opening a Takeout zip file. Need help finding it?

Instructions below:

1. How to find Log file

1. Hit F12 or Fn+F12 (on MacOS) to open the Dev Tools.
2. Navigate to the Console tab. Process your photos.
3. Right-click on any log item and click Save As.

2. How to find JSON file

1. Unzip one (or all) of your Google Takeout ".zip" archive file.
2. Find one of the problematic photo (you can search by filename).
3. Find its corresponding JSON file.
